Osmar Rossi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgílio Faria in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, Reginaldo de Barros made a precise shot to the right of Osmar Rossi. Jataí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Osmar Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeferson Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Jataí's goalkeeper Osmar Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgílio Faria. Jataí's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Cacá Xavier scored to the left of an out of position Osmar Rossi, making the score, 5-0. Reginaldo de Barros's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Osmar Rossi firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jeferson Senna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osmar Rossi came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeferson Senna slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Reginaldo de Barros made a precise shot to the right of Osmar Rossi. Jataí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After some careless play in the Jataí defense, Cacá Xavier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osmar Rossi. The Jataí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osmar Rossi should have stopped the shot. Eliseu Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 minutes of play, KEIPER F. C.'s Cícero de Sena made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osmar Rossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osmar Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Senna in the 51st minute of play. C.'s Virgílio Faria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osmar Rossi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Jataí's Osmar Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeferson Senna in the 61st minute of play. Osmar Rossi came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by KEIPER F. C.'s Virgílio Faria. But to his dismay, Virgílio Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Jeferson Senna took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Rossi. Osmar Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Jataí's Osmar Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgílio Faria in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Cacá Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseu Martinss short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Eliseu Mendes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 86th minute, Jeferson Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, KEIPER F. C.'s Jeferson Senna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osmar Rossi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-0. Reginaldo de Barros took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Rossi. C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
