The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Schmidt helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Unidade Popular got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Schmidt. Cláudio Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Martins in the 59th minute of the match. Batuhan-Doruk Yılmaz hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Unidade Popular getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavinho Loyola couldn't finish the play. The Jataí supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Unidade Popular's performance. The match ended with a win for Unidade Popular.
