After 53 minutes, Genaro Seral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraná Clube and the Formigueiro FP players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paraná Clube's Fabio Fillol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Paraná Clube from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Formigueiro FP left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Paraná Clube.
