Clóvis Cabral took the corner. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Clóvis Cabral was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabio Fillol in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 6 minutes into the match, Clóvis Cabral notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Paraná Clube's Fabio Fillol. Fabio Fillol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Cabral in the 9th minute of play forced Paraná Clube's goalkeeper Fabio Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elder Ortiz got free with Sune Rudberg in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paraná Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Genaro Seral in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Paraná Clube defense, Clóvis Cabral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Fillol. The Paraná Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Fillol should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Geovani Azevedo in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Valeh Cerda. 24 minutes into the game, Clóvis Cabral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fabio Fillol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabio Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Cabral in the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Clóvis Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Geovani Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraná Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paraná Clube's Geovani Azevedo got a free kick in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Clóvis Cabral came free, but Fabio Fillol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Clóvis Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabio Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Cabral in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45thth minute of the game Clóvis Cabral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraná Clube's Fabio Fillol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Clóvis Cabral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Fabio Fillol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastien De Hont to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Geovani Azevedo in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Stig Ahlbeck. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraná Clube's goalkeeper Fabio Fillol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clóvis Cabral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Fillol having to make a save. Fabio Fillol made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Clóvis Cabral sent off a good shot on target. When ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Clóvis Cabral in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraná Clube's goalie prevented a goal. But to his dismay, John McCain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After 65 played minutes ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a freekick which was hit by Piotr Osikowicz. Fabio Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John McCain in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s John McCain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabio Fillol. Fabio Fillol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Fabio Fillol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John McCain, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After having played for 72 minutes, John McCain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but John McCain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piotr Osikowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Fabio Fillol made a huge save. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s John McCain got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John McCain in the 78th minute of play. Sebastien De Hont hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s John McCain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabio Fillol. Fabio Fillol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9.
