Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5738, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dacian Măcriș started the match with the kick off. Gelu Lepuș came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vae Victis!!'s Dacian Măcriș. But to his dismay, Dacian Măcriș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gelu Lepuș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Măcriș in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. Luís Eduardo Mangueira hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mattias Downing during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when Cadu Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Downing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Eduardo Mangueira kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Mazinho Barreto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Vae Victis!! from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Cadu Team's zone, Agron Elmasllari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gelu Lepuș came out of the goal and Agron Elmasllari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Paiva came free, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gelu Lepuș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Măcriș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Alcântara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Válbson Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cadu Team's Válbson Paiva in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vae Victis!!'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Cadu Team's Mattias Downing got a free kick in the 71st minute. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Valentin Ţirpescu replaced Dacian Măcriș. Mattias Downing kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th minute Valentin Ţirpescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes Cadu Team got a freekick which was hit by Mazinho Barreto. After a rather tough play, Cadu Team's Mattias Downing got a free kick in the 79th minute. Gelu Lepuș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horácio Magalhães in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Zézinho Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vae Victis!!'s José Carlos de Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mattias Downing hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Válbson Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tiago Gabriel Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cadu Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Valentin Ţirpescu scored to the left of an out of position Gelu Lepuș, making the score, 0-2. When the match was over Vae Victis!! could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cadu Team throughout the match.
