In the 8thth minute of the game Fernandinho Furtado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmeiras Elite's Uku Aavasalu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uku Aavasalu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernandinho Furtado in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uku Aavasalu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Palmeiras Elite's Erasto Fontecilla threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amauri Trevisan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 18 minutes, Fernandinho Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fernandinho Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uku Aavasalu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernandinho Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the match, Fernandinho Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uku Aavasalu. Palmeiras Elite's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernandinho Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The supporters of Cidade Nova booed when Palmeiras Elite was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Chucho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cidade Nova's Fernandinho Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernandinho Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uku Aavasalu having to interfere. Fernandinho Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Uku Aavasalu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amauri Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Fernandinho Furtado scored 0-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uku Aavasalu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Palmeiras Elite players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cidade Nova were winning 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Chucho made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Palmeiras Elite got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Chucho. Cidade Nova's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
