Borussia Steel F.C's Amedeo Antonini got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mathias Leme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiago Gabriel Travassos went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Federico Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Antonini in the 25th minute of play forced MM g's goalkeeper Mathias Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, MM g's Cristiano das Neves threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gabriel Paes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Gilvan Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored MM g's protests and gave Robinho Siqueira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Robinho Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Borussia Steel F.C's Cristiano das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Paes in the 41st minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiago Gabriel Travassos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Gilvan Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. MM g's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilvan Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano das Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Borussia Steel F.C's Emanuele Biagetti seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Emanuele Biagetti the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Borussia Steel F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuele Biagetti had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a defensive mix-up in Borussia Steel F.C's zone, Gabriel Paes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano das Neves came out of the goal and Gabriel Paes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilvan Brito in the 65th minute of play forced Borussia Steel F.C's goalkeeper Cristiano das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Gabriel Paes notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Borussia Steel F.C's Cristiano das Neves. Cristiano das Neves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. MM g's Gilvan Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matheus Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Mathias Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
