Dinei Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niilo Mikkola in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarbas Gonçalves prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Niilo Mikkola made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to SeleSantos FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Wanderson Terra hit a great ball. Fluxo's Orlando Castro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dinei Pinheiro but with some difficulty. 3-1 became the score in the 58th minute when Leif Törnqvist elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Niilo Mikkola took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarbas Gonçalves. Jarbas Gonçalves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 65 minutes into the game, Orlando Castro lined in a short shot 4-2 behind a frustrated Dinei Pinheiro. Eriberto Valadares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Dinei Pinheiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jarbas Gonçalves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Törnqvist in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match SeleSantos FC got a corner. Fluxo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Niilo Mikkola ran over to the corner to take the kick. 78 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romário Catarinense came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eriberto Valadares fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fluxo's protests and gave Eriberto Valadares a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fluxo getting a freekick after 82 minutes play.
