Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5806, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antônio Faria got the match started through his kick off. Evaristo Tavares came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis. But to his dismay, Pipis Karapatakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pipis Karapatakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pipis Karapatakis in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Tavares saved Receba Futebol Clube from getting behind. Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis managed to work through Receba Futebol Clube's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Pipis Karapatakis dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Filiph Biörling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Evaristo Tavares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pipis Karapatakis went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Pipis Karapatakis might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaristo Tavares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pipis Karapatakis ran back to his position shaking his head. Receba Futebol Clube's Evaristo Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Receba Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Gil to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Receba Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Evaristo Tavares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jardel Sanches made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Válbson Sá sent off a good shot on target. When Pipis Karapatakis came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Grêmio FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pipis Karapatakis couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Pipis Karapatakis notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Receba Futebol Clube's Evaristo Tavares. Evaristo Tavares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pipis Karapatakis scored 0-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Tavares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pipis Karapatakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Evaristo Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 37th minute of play. Evaristo Tavares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filiph Biörling went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. If Filiph Biörling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pipis Karapatakis took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Tavares. Evaristo Tavares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pipis Karapatakis made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Pipis Karapatakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grêmio FBPA's supporters rose to their feet, but Pipis Karapatakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 54 minutes, Romeu Alagoano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Receba Futebol Clube and the Grêmio FBPA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Receba Futebol Clube's Romeu Alagoano got a free kick in the 54th minute. Pipis Karapatakis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evaristo Tavares came out and tried to block the shot, but Pipis Karapatakis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Pipis Karapatakis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Evaristo Tavares, 0-8. 71 minutes into the match, Receba Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Evaristo Tavares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pipis Karapatakis. Pipis Karapatakis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Evaristo Tavares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pipis Karapatakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Evaristo Tavares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Pipis Karapatakis took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Evaristo Tavares to make any attempt to save it. Evaristo Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipis Karapatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Estevon was slow to take the kick. During this time Grêmio FBPA's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Grêmio FBPA's corner Alberto Estevon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evaristo Tavares quite easily take care of the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Serafino Gil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Receba Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grêmio FBPA the free kick. In the 89th minute, Serafino Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pipis Karapatakis got free with Evaristo Tavares in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Receba Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Pipis Karapatakis came free, but Evaristo Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Receba Futebol Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Grêmio FBPA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
