Korneliusz Malewicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Betão de Amaral firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elder Luz in the 6th minute of play forced BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's goalkeeper Afonso Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's Korneliusz Malewicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Betão de Amaral. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. In the 15th minute, Pedro Augusto Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's goal looked a bit too open when Elder Luz came free, but Afonso Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Korneliusz Malewicz could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Betão de Amaral however easily saved by the left post. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruben Astigar was slow to take the kick. During this time BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's players had a chance to rest. Afonso Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elder Luz in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korneliusz Malewicz in the 41st minute of play forced S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Betão de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Chaves in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão de Amaral saved S.E. Cachoeirinha from getting behind. S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Pedro Augusto Melo scored to the left of an out of position Betão de Amaral, making the score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Luís Sampaio to make the kick off. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Betão de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Chaves in the 54th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edinho Mello to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Chaves came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's Pedro Augusto Melo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão de Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Korneliusz Malewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão de Amaral having to interfere. Betão de Amaral didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's Korneliusz Malewicz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Chaves in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betão de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that BURRÃO DA CENTRAL were the better team. BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
