Nestor Cedro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonsinho Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Atibaia Raiders's Túlio Maravilha made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Cedro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nestor Cedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Maravilha in the 22nd minute of play. Afonsinho Mesquita scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor Cedro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Atibaia Raiders defense, Bernardo Abadie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Carlos Olave. The Atibaia Raiders fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Carlos Olave should have stopped the shot. The Eagles FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atibaia Raiders were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaac Selatse to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Eagles FC defense, Afonsinho Mesquita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Cedro. The Eagles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Cedro should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonsinho Mesquita got free with Nestor Cedro in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eagles FC's Nestor Cedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho Mesquita in the 58th minute of play. Nestor Cedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonsinho Mesquita in the 59th minute of the match. Despite this Nestor Cedro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 88 minutes into the match, Eagles FC's goalkeeper Nestor Cedro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonsinho Mesquita. Leonel Nunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Túlio Maravilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Cedro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Nestor Cedro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonsinho Mesquita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Eagles FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atibaia Raiders were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
