After some careless play in the Fahl Malvadão FC™ defense, Eriberto de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Sabóia. The Fahl Malvadão FC™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Sabóia should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd match minute, Fahl Malvadão FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. When Sidnei Faria fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fahl Malvadão FC™'s protests and gave Sidnei Faria a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fahl Malvadão FC™'s Sidnei Faria got a free kick in the 58th minute. Edgar de Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Alex Sabóia made a huge save. If Edgar de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alex Sabóia made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Edgar de Lara sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the game, one of Fahl Malvadão FC™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for LaCity. Richard Silveira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alex Sabóia. 0-6. LaCity's Duarte Madureira was substituted for Richard Silveira. LaCity's Anselmo Paraibano was substituted for Eriberto de Souza. Mário Capixaba hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Gilson Coutinho hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Alex Sabóia came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by LaCity's Duarte Madureira. But to his dismay, Duarte Madureira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 88th minute Edgar de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Fahl Malvadão FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LaCity booed when Fahl Malvadão FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. 101 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fahl Malvadão FC™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Duarte Madureira was slow to take the kick. During this time LaCity's players had a chance to rest. Gilson Coutinho thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Alex Sabóia, a very annoying self made goal in the 101st minute which led to 0-9. When the final whistle sounded LaCity left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fahl Malvadão FC™.
