In the 2nd match minute, INTER FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Iordache Ciupe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Cruz in the 11th minute of play. Frits Berendt scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iordache Ciupe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute, Kléber do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iordache Ciupe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frits Berendt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, INTER FC's Frits Berendt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iordache Ciupe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frits Berendt took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iordache Ciupe. Iordache Ciupe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 39th minute, Frits Berendt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iordache Ciupe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Rafael Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Iordache Ciupe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dedê Mota to make the kick off. Iordache Ciupe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frits Berendt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Kléber do Valle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iordache Ciupe. Kléber do Valle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After 64 played minutes AllBlack got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Severo. Iordache Ciupe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Lucas in the 67th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Frits Berendt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iordache Ciupe, 0-7. INTER FC's Germano Luz was substituted for Emerson Cruz. After having played for 73 minutes, Augusto Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AllBlack's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Lorencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Cássio Porto notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of AllBlack's Iordache Ciupe. Iordache Ciupe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iordache Ciupe made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Germano Luz sent off a good shot on target. Germano Luz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Iordache Ciupe made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Porto in the 85th minute of play forced AllBlack's goalkeeper Iordache Ciupe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dedê Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Zé Paulo Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iordache Ciupe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mandi Oca in the 88th minute. Germano Luz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Iordache Ciupe made a huge save. Mandi Oca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Iordache Ciupe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as INTER FC's Germano Luz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iordache Ciupe. That made the score 0-10 after 95 minutes of play. The AllBlack fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. INTER FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
