An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Lages in the 3rd minute of play forced CA Portugália's goalkeeper Rogério Soberano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Petito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Jesus Jardel's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute Gu Xiang Zhou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Petito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Petito came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Portugália's Barry Gunn. But to his dismay, Barry Gunn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Barry Gunn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cristiano Petito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Mario Jesus Jardel put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cristiano Petito. Vulcanos's Cristiano Petito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gu Xiang Zhou in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Mario Jesus Jardel put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cristiano Petito. In the 26th minute, Mario Jesus Jardel made a precise shot to the right of Cristiano Petito. Vulcanos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Vulcanos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Jesus Jardel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 44th minute, Mario Jesus Jardel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Portugália fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 47 minutes into the game, Mario Jesus Jardel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Cristiano Petito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Jesus Jardel in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Petito saved Vulcanos from getting behind. Mario Jesus Jardel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Cristiano Petito made a huge save. Mario Jesus Jardel let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 68th minute shot 0-11 at rihgt post. Mario Jesus Jardel in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristiano Petito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vulcanos's Cristiano Petito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Vulcanos from getting a goal against them. Mario Jesus Jardels short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Cristiano Petito to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 0-12 became the score in the 76th minute when Mario Jesus Jardel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Agostinho Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, Mario Jesus Jardel lined in a short shot 0-13 behind a frustrated Cristiano Petito. Cristiano Petito was a little too slow when Gu Xiang Zhou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-16. After 96 played minutes Vulcanos got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Meirelles. Vulcanos's Cristiano Petito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Vulcanos from getting a goal against them.
