Jerônimo Ortiz came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Corti's Adriano Leite. But to his dismay, Adriano Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Dantas notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Loud Academy FC's Jerônimo Ortiz. Jerônimo Ortiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jerônimo Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Dantas in the 20th minute of the match. Jerônimo Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes of play, Loud Academy FC's Wanderson Simão made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulisses Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Loud Academy FC's Jerônimo Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Loyola in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Angelo Loyola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Jerônimo Ortiz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the game, Edmílson Gaspar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Angelo Loyola scored 1-6 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerônimo Ortiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Wanderson Simão made the kick off in the second half. Loud Academy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corti the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Corti's Angelo Loyola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerônimo Ortiz. That made the score 1-11 after 68 minutes of play. In the 74th minute Abel Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Angelo Loyola kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerônimo Ortiz. That made the score 1-15 in the 96 minute of play. Corti's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
