Flávio Meira came out of the goal and Adriano Secco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norberto Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Falcão Marques notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Avanti PALESTRA's Flávio Meira. Flávio Meira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Adalberto Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Adalberto Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flávio Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Falcão Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Adalberto Vianna took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flávio Meira. Flávio Meira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gil dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avanti PALESTRA's Flávio Meira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 minutes, Gil dos Santos made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Avanti PALESTRA's Flávio Meira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Avanti PALESTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Gil dos Santos came free, but Flávio Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Falcão Marques notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Avanti PALESTRA's Flávio Meira. Flávio Meira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flávio Meira came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adalberto Vianna. But to his dismay, Adalberto Vianna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Antônio Carlos Munhoz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute of the match Gil dos Santos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flávio Meira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ismael Cosme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Avanti PALESTRA defense, Gil dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flávio Meira. The Avanti PALESTRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flávio Meira should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the game, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flávio Meira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Flávio Meira didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 0-9. 65 minutes into the game, Hugo de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Avanti PALESTRA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rondinone F.C - FDFDF the free kick. After 65 played minutes Avanti PALESTRA got a freekick which was hit by Hugo de Lima. Flávio Meira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Falcão Marques showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 66 minute of play. Falcão Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 75 minutes, Adalberto Vianna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the Avanti PALESTRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adalberto Vianna hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Marques in the 77th minute of play forced Avanti PALESTRA's goalkeeper Flávio Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Adalberto Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st play minute Gil dos Santos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Flávio Meira. 0-12. Claudinho Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Falcão Marques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Flávio Meira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Flávio Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
