Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime de Queiroz in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flávio Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norberto Matos charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Matos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Avanti PALESTRA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Norberto Matos hit a great ball. Avanti PALESTRA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Caraguatei for a fine match.
