The Ique Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Hugo Furlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honrio Carretero's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute Aloísio da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Furlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Ique Football Club's Aloísio da Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Ique Football Club made a substitution. Denílson Paulista replaced Nixon Richards. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nelson Dantas made a kick off. In the 54th minute Tibor Hegyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Furlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José came free, but Hugo Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Paulo José quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Ique Football Club made a substitution. Yaseen Bo Hamad replaced Paulo José. The supporters of Ique Football Club booed when Nas Horas Vagas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ique Football Club fully deserved thier win.
