Despite this Julian Drebit quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yiğitcan İstanbullu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Campidelis in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ were awarded a corner. Afonso Marques went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jurassic Monsters SA's goalie and right to Lauro da Rocha. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jurassic Monsters SA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Julian Drebit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Grandis in the 13th minute of play. CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Julian Drebit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Hasselqvist in the 15th minute of play. Samuca Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jurassic Monsters SA's Yiğitcan İstanbullu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Jurassic Monsters SA from getting a goal against them. CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Julian Drebit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Lima in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute Magno do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Drebit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Drebit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fabiano Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yiğitcan İstanbullu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuca Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute of the match CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ got a corner. Jurassic Monsters SA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Afonso Marques ran over to the corner to take the kick. Afonso Marques made a great header on CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's corner, it was just that Jurassic Monsters SA's Yiğitcan İstanbullu managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Hasselqvist in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Drebit saved CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ from getting behind. When Jurassic Monsters SA's Pedro Grandis in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Mathias Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Samuca Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğitcan İstanbullu having to interfere. Renan Lago hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Jurassic Monsters SA's Renan Lago got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuca Campidelis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samuca Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fabiano Lima in the 57th minute of play forced CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's goalkeeper Julian Drebit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Julian Drebit successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magno do Valle got free with Julian Drebit in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fabiano Lima in the 81st minute of play forced CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's goalkeeper Julian Drebit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ made a substitution. Naum Fode replaced Apolo Valdez. In the 84th match minute, Jurassic Monsters SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Sá to maneuver through the defense. Yiğitcan İstanbullu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ye Yi Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Samuca Campidelis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yiğitcan İstanbullu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 89th minute of the match, Thomas Hasselqvist got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julian Drebit was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Julian Drebit made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Thomas Hasselqvist sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Grandiss short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Julian Drebit to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 96 minutes into the match, CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's goalkeeper Julian Drebit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anderson Carioca. Jurassic Monsters SA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
