With a little luck, Braga Junior FC's Marcinho Pernambucano got control of the ball when Dimitris Papaggelatos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bert Greenan took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcinho Pernambucano. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Braga during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 46 minutes, Dieguinho Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bitelon FC - SAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dieguinho Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Braga Junior FC's Marcinho Pernambucano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Braga Junior FC from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Paraíba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Durval Recife scored 7-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcinho Pernambucano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute Dieguinho Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcinho Pernambucano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcinho Pernambucano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro-Gabriel Viana in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Bert Greenan made a precise shot to the right of Marcinho Pernambucano. Braga Junior FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bitelon FC - SAF fully deserved thier win.
