Joel Viana might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Markus Pflüger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Viana ran back to his position shaking his head. Du Esporte Clube's Markus Pflüger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Viana in the 10th minute of play. Markus Pflüger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Viana in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Viana in the 15th minute of play forced Du Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Markus Pflüger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Viana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Pflüger having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Viana in the 16th minute of play forced Du Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Markus Pflüger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, Du Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 雷钢青 to maneuver through the defense. Markus Pflüger came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Silveira's Joel Viana. But to his dismay, Joel Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Du Esporte Clube's Markus Pflüger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Viana in the 31st minute of play. Markus Pflüger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Viana in the 40th minute of play. Silveira's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Beto Carvalho in the 41st minute. After taking down the ball on Silveira's corner Beto Carvalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Markus Pflüger quite easily take care of the ball. Serginho Lusa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Sílvio Costa sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Kauã Britto in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Silveira's Nico Fernandes. Markus Pflüger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Du Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Markus Pflüger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, Du Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Viana came free, but Markus Pflüger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute Joel Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Pflüger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nico Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silveira's supporters rose to their feet, but Nico Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Markus Pflüger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Viana might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Markus Pflüger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Viana ran back to his position shaking his head. After 66 played minutes Du Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Costa. Markus Pflüger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Viana in the 71st minute of play. Serginho Lusa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo-Eduardo do Nascimento in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo-Eduardo do Nascimento in the 75th minute of play forced Silveira's goalkeeper Serginho Lusa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Markus Pflüger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Du Esporte Clube defense, Joel Viana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Markus Pflüger. The Du Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Markus Pflüger should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Lizer in the 86th minute of play forced Silveira's goalkeeper Serginho Lusa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serginho Lusa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Lizer in the 86th minute of play. Dedé Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes Silveira got a freekick which was hit by Nico Fernandes. Rodolfo Castro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Serginho Lusa. Silveira's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Silveira booed when Du Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
