In the 11th match minute, Scragbadun FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes, Goth Cloudy Experience's Gino Seco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Percy Paiva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Goth Cloudy Experience reached it. The audience was convinced that Hermínio Lendaa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Percy Paiva was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, Scragbadun FC's Ingvar Wallin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Couto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ingvar Wallin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Leandro Aparecido might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Percy Paiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Aparecido ran back to his position shaking his head. If Leandro Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Percy Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeu Gøth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Aparecido in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Percy Paiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leandro Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Percy Paiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Aparecido in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute, Gino Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scragbadun FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Wallin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnaldo Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute, Alexandre de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Aparecido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Percy Paiva made a huge save. After 94 played minutes Goth Cloudy Experience got a freekick which was hit by Lino Custódio. Scragbadun FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
