After 17 played minutes Scragbadun FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Bezerra. Du Esporte Clube's Rodolfo Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Sílvio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Scragbadun FC's Augusto Custódio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Markus Pflüger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Markus Pflüger made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ingvar Wallin sent off a good shot on target. Percy Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ingvar Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ingvar Wallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 雷钢青 took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Percy Paiva. Percy Paiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 46th match minute, Du Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Castro to maneuver through the defense. The Scragbadun FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Du Esporte Clube were winning 0-1.

雷钢青 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sílvio Costa took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Percy Paiva. Percy Paiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 62 minutes into the match, Scragbadun FC's goalkeeper Percy Paiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo-Eduardo do Nascimento. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scragbadun FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodolfo Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time Du Esporte Clube's players had a chance to rest. Rodolfo Castro made a great header on Du Esporte Clube's corner, it was just that Scragbadun FC's Percy Paiva managed to reach the ball for a save. Du Esporte Clube's Markus Pflüger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Wallin in the 69th minute of play. With his leg Percy Paiva managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Du Esporte Clube's Paulo-Eduardo do Nascimento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Percy Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scragbadun FC's Percy Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Scragbadun FC from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Tomé Araújo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Markus Pflüger. Du Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomé Araújo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Markus Pflüger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomé Araújo's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Scragbadun FC were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Du Esporte Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anísio de Alcântara took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Anísio de Alcântara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Markus Pflüger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Wallin in the 83rd minute of play forced Du Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Markus Pflüger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo-Eduardo do Nascimento who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Percy Paiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Arnaldo Lizer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Percy Paiva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 91 minutes into the game, Benjamim Ulrich recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Percy Paiva. Benjamim Ulrich showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Percy Paiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo-Eduardo do Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Tomé Araújo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Du Esporte Clube's Markus Pflüger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Although Scragbadun FC had been in control for most of the match, Du Esporte Clube still came away with the win.
