Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Espiridion to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Jumentus Rock Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Espiridion came free, but Oswaldo Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Reinaldo Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 minutes of play, Montalcino SE's Almir Valadares made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oswaldo Ramos was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Perivaldo Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. Oswaldo Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Montalcino SE had won after a very even match.
