Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) Olívio França started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Grêmio RK75's goal looked a bit too open when César de Queiroz came free, but João Francisco Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grêmio RK75's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomé Brasil was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Mineiro's players had a chance to rest. João Francisco Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luís Best in the 6th minute of the match. Fynn John took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Paul Hattermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cenap İlbilge didn't quite understand what happened when in the 13 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Harold Tronconi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fynn John. In the 17th minute of the match, André Luís Best tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but João Francisco Tinoco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Olívio França could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but João Francisco Tinoco made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harold Tronconi in the 24th minute of play forced Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper Fynn John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute of the game Huang Lin made a throw-in which César de Queiroz played forward. Grêmio RK75 were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Atlético Mineiro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cenap İlbilge took the corner. In the 31st minute, Markus Paul Hattermann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Mineiro's zone, Kaká Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fynn John came out of the goal and Kaká Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Velloso hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Harold Tronconi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Mineiro's Fynn John was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grêmio RK75's Fernandinho Saraiva got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Grêmio RK75 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Harold Tronconi made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Harold Tronconi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grêmio RK75's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harold Tronconi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harold Tronconi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fynn John read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Harold Tronconi notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atlético Mineiro's Fynn John. Fynn John was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper Fynn John, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Harold Tronconi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fynn John. Atlético Mineiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harold Tronconi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Grêmio RK75's João Francisco Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olívio França in the 69th minute of play. Harold Tronconi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fynn John read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Fynn John stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harold Tronconi's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Grêmio RK75's Harold Tronconi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fynn John narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Harold Tronconi made a precise shot to the right of Fynn John. Atlético Mineiro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Atlético Mineiro's Walmyr Guimarães was substituted for César de Queiroz. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Mineiro's zone, Harold Tronconi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fynn John came out of the goal and Harold Tronconi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antony Quaresma during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Atlético Mineiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antony Quaresma to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Grêmio RK75's goal looked a bit too open when Olívio França came free, but João Francisco Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Harold Tronconi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grêmio RK75's supporters rose to their feet, but Harold Tronconi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fynn John breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper Fynn John, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Walmyr Guimarães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Francisco Tinoco. Grêmio RK75's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Walmyr Guimarães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The Atlético Mineiro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Grêmio RK75's performance. The match ended with a win for Grêmio RK75.
