Vicente Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Fontes in the 7th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Academia Santista CIMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Galo do Cerrado:s goal. In the 10th minute, Severino Novaes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galo do Cerrado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Galo do Cerrado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Peli to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Cafu Vargas in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galo do Cerrado's Evelio Peli. 20 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Beto dos Santos came free, but Gu Zhan Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gu Zhan Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Beto dos Santos made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Academia Santista CIMZ's Dé Fontes got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Gu Zhan Wei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Sebastian Drewitz made a precise shot to the right of Gu Zhan Wei. Academia Santista CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After some careless play in the Academia Santista CIMZ defense, Beto dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gu Zhan Wei. The Academia Santista CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gu Zhan Wei should have stopped the shot. Gu Zhan Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Drewitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto dos Santos in the 62nd minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Gu Zhan Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Drewitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Beto dos Santos came free, but Gu Zhan Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Estefan Flamenco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Vicente Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galo do Cerrado fans cheered their team off the field, for while Academia Santista CIMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
