Cris Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamil Baycan in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, BraveHeart Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Vianna came free, but Diguinho Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diguinho Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Finnman in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to BraveHeart Warriors getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. In the 46th minute Kamil Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cris Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 minutes, Robin Steckamp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wambalamba FC and the BraveHeart Warriors players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kamil Baycan to make the kick off. Helge Lindgren hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Diguinho Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Steckamp in the 56th minute of the match. BraveHeart Warriors's Diguinho Oliveira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. BraveHeart Warriors had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
