Nicolae Ceaușescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafinha Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Tobiasz Rostow's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Acácio Lara was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Club Athletico Paulistano's Acácio Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Rostow in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Aarne Mikkola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho dos Santos in the 10th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Club Athletico Paulistano got a corner. Master Champion BMX Flat's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saad Dar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Agnaldo Mattos made a great header on Club Athletico Paulistano's corner, it was just that Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Club Athletico Paulistano's Acácio Lara got control of the ball when Matei Corona tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Tobiasz Rostow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Acácio Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 胡峰阳 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Acácio Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho dos Santos in the 29th minute of play. Acácio Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matei Corona in the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Lev Shershun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters rose to their feet, but Lev Shershun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Acácio Lara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 39 minutes of play, Club Athletico Paulistano's Fabinho dos Santos made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolae Ceaușescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho dos Santos in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabinho dos Santos to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Paulo de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Nicolae Ceaușescu made a huge save. In the 56th minute Rafinha Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Ceaușescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobiasz Rostow in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Acácio Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Aarne Mikkola in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Athletico Paulistano's Glauco da Rocha. Fabinho dos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Nicolae Ceaușescu made a huge save. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Mattos in the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Fabinho dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Athletico Paulistano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabinho dos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Club Athletico Paulistano's zone, Tobiasz Rostow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acácio Lara came out of the goal and Tobiasz Rostow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute of the match, Rafinha Trancoso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolae Ceaușescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 82nd minute Tobiasz Rostow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Tobiasz Rostow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Acácio Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Acácio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Rostow, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Master Champion BMX Flat:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Athletico Paulistano:s goal. Master Champion BMX Flat made a substitution. Jorge Vasconcelos replaced Matei Corona. The Club Athletico Paulistano players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
