Andrézinho Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juarês Donato in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute Juarês Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrézinho Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Damião came free, but Cris Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Carlos Vianna hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Carlos Vianna in the 20th minute of play forced Bisca F.C's goalkeeper Andrézinho Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Juarês Donato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrézinho Viana. Bisca F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juarês Donato was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 30 minutes of play, Wambalamba FC's Brian Finnman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrézinho Viana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juarês Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Fondas Agritis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bisca F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wambalamba FC the free kick. The supporters of Wambalamba FC booed when Bisca F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fondas Agritis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robin Steckamp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrézinho Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match Fondas Agritis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cris Courtois skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robin Steckamp to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doriva Pombal in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cris Courtois saved Wambalamba FC from getting behind. Andrézinho Viana made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Brian Finnman sent off a good shot on target. Cris Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Wambalamba FC's Léo Souto was substituted for João Carlos Vianna. After a defensive mix-up in Wambalamba FC's zone, Doriva Pombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cris Courtois came out of the goal and Doriva Pombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Wambalamba FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
