Cris Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Augusto Secco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robin Steckamp to strike the kick off in the second half. João Carlos Vianna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egídio Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. In the 51st match minute, ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Spencer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rolf Pilgren hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Egídio Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. João Carlos Vianna took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egídio Salgado. Egídio Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Wambalamba FC's Léo Souto was substituted for João Carlos Vianna. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo Souto in the 92nd minute of play forced ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s goalkeeper Egídio Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
