With a little luck, Bisca F.C's Andrézinho Viana got control of the ball when Agustín Tastzian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doriva Pombal in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patric Isaksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jefferson Damião might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patric Isaksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jefferson Damião ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Patric Isaksson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Agustín Tastzian could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Andrézinho Viana however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Di Marinho got free with Andrézinho Viana in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrézinho Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian in the 19th minute of play. Andrézinho Viana made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Di Marinho sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute Barrenta SC were awarded a corner. Luiz Paulo do Valle went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Valdemar de Lima heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Agustín Tastzian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdemar Cabral hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Patric Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Abraão in the 38th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doriva Pombal in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patric Isaksson saved Barrenta SC from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Fellipe Lago made a precise shot to the right of Andrézinho Viana. Bisca F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Patric Isaksson made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Doriva Pombal sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute Nariman Mansourian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrézinho Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Doriva Pombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patric Isaksson was relentless in the 67th minute of the game.
