Simão Cunha came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Garopaba F.C's Dedé Correia. But to his dismay, Dedé Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Dedé Correia took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simão Cunha. Simão Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Rafael Favoretto got a free kick in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Dedé Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simão Cunha was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Nicolas Bueno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rafael Favoretto fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s protests and gave Rafael Favoretto a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Rafael Favoretto got a free kick in the 21st minute. Simão Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Correia in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rafael Favoretto hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Bueno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simão Cunha was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dedé Correia was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Dedé Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, Garopaba F.C's Nicolas Bueno made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simão Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute Nicolas Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Dedé Correia scored to the left of an out of position Simão Cunha, making the score, 0-5. Váldson Silveira hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Rogelio Urtungo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simão Cunha came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogelio Urtungo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Garopaba F.C getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jorge Pontes hit a great ball. If Sílvio Luiz Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cauan dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Sílvio Luiz Quirino got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sílvio Luiz Quirino struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Orlando da Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♞Sir Galahad FC♞. Garopaba F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
