Spectators: 8005 (Terracing: 6004, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henrique de Lima kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Alfredinho Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Henrique de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Donzela de Ferro FBPA's zone, Tincho Palermo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Germano came out of the goal and Tincho Palermo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Matorin in the 16th minute of play. After 17 minutes Donzela de Ferro FBPA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bakhar Mkheidze who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Cristiano Matorin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 20th match minute, SESI UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doriva Arantes to maneuver through the defense. Betinho Moura came out of the goal and Henrique de Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henrique de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Tincho Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Matorin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes SESI UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Doriva Arantes. If Henrique de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Matorin in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Kutluay Ömürcan got a free kick in the 44th minute. Henrique de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betinho Moura having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristiano Matorin to make the kick off. Henrique de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Betinho Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SESI UNITED's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Matorin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Carlos Germano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 65 minutes Donzela de Ferro FBPA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bakhar Mkheidze who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Donzela de Ferro FBPA getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Glauco Munhoz hit a great ball. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Matorin in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Tincho Palermo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, SESI UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique de Lima came free, but Betinho Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Matorin in the 86th minute of play forced Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Carlos Germano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Henrique de Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Betinho Moura having to make a save. After 96 minutes, Rafa Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Donzela de Ferro FBPA and the SESI UNITED players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Rafa Queirós got a free kick in the 96th minute. The supporters of SESI UNITED booed when Donzela de Ferro FBPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafa Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
