Spectators: 8142 (Terracing: 6107, Seating: 1873, VIP seats: 162) Maximino Acevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tana Rede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredinho Cavalcante came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Fazendinha's Cristóvão de Barros. But to his dismay, Cristóvão de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tana Rede hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 18 minutes Granadero10's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andrézinho Macedo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Fazendinha's Andrézinho Macedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfredinho Cavalcante despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fazendinha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Tana Rede scored to the left of an out of position Maximino Acevedo, making the score, 1-2. The supporters of Fazendinha booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emerson Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredinho Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Bondi went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Andrézinho Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beniamin Madajczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Maximino Acevedo made a huge save. Maximino Acevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tana Rede, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, Fazendinha's Gláuber Camargo got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tana Rede made a kick off. Maximino Acevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tana Rede in the 53rd minute of the match. Tana Rede spun around in front of the goal 54 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Fazendinha's goal. Gláuber Camargo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Fazendinha's goal looked a bit too open when Tana Rede came free, but Maximino Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Acevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute Cristóvão de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute of the match Fazendinha got a corner. Granadero10's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andrézinho Macedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fazendinha's Andrézinho Macedo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredinho Cavalcante in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Maximino Acevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Antunes in the 72nd minute of play. Granadero10 made a substitution. Rubens Favoretto replaced Vítor Antunes. In the 74th minute of the match Granadero10 got a corner. Fazendinha's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tana Rede ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Granadero10's corner Ricardinho Fonseca fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maximino Acevedo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 79th minute, Gláuber Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fazendinha's Maximino Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tana Rede in the 82nd minute of play. After 82 played minutes Fazendinha got a freekick which was hit by Doni Batista. Tana Rede took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximino Acevedo. Fazendinha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rubens Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Maximino Acevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fazendinha's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tana Rede was slow to take the kick. During this time Granadero10's players had a chance to rest. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Fazendinha:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Granadero10:s goal. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Granadero10. Tana Rede stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maximino Acevedo. 2-3. After 97 minutes, Alf Håning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fazendinha and the Granadero10 players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tana Rede in the 98th minute of play forced Fazendinha's goalkeeper Maximino Acevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Fazendinha players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
