Igor Marinho made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Lisandro Piearres sent off a good shot on target. After 6 minutes Bastioes EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Apolo Enaut who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ekzema F.V.'s Alexandre Carrasqueira to fire away a dangerous shot which Igor Marinho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ekzema F.V.'s Ximenez Cayuso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Arantes in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Gildo Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th play minute Lisandro Piearres came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Igor Marinho. 1-0. In the 15th minute, Jairo Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ximenez Cayuso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Félix in the 20th minute of play. Igor Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Piearres in the 22nd minute of the match. Igor Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Piearres in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Alexandre Carrasqueira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Igor Marinho, 2-0. Igor Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Piearres's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s Lisandro Piearres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Ekzema F.V. defense, Jairo Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ximenez Cayuso. The Ekzema F.V. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ximenez Cayuso should have stopped the shot. Bastioes EC's Igor Marinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Bastioes EC from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Bastioes EC's Adalberto Félix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ximenez Cayuso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Piearres in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Bastioes EC's goalkeeper Igor Marinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Piearres. In the 46th minute, Lisandro Piearres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekzema F.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Ekzema F.V. made a substitution. Luisinho Toscano replaced Vitório Moreno. Ximenez Cayuso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adalberto Félix in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Gildo Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Timoteo Estevez made a precise shot to the right of Igor Marinho. Bastioes EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After some careless play in the Bastioes EC defense, Timoteo Estevez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Marinho. The Bastioes EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Marinho should have stopped the shot. Timoteo Estevez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Marinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Apolo Enaut got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Igor Marinho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Ekzema F.V. booed when Bastioes EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bastioes EC's Igor Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Estevez in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s Timoteo Estevez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ximenez Cayuso made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Cássio Freitas sent off a good shot on target. If Timoteo Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Estevez in the 76th minute of the match. Igor Marinho came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekzema F.V.'s Timoteo Estevez. But to his dismay, Timoteo Estevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Adalberto Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Estevez in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s Timoteo Estevez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Marinho came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekzema F.V.'s Timoteo Estevez. But to his dismay, Timoteo Estevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. A collision led to Ekzema F.V. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Luisinho Toscano hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Timoteo Estevez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Marinho. Bastioes EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Estevez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. In the 95th minute, Bastioes EC's Cássio Freitas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bastioes EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ekzema F.V..
