Vila Industrial FC's César Boldrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Sergipano in the 15th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Uraricuera EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugon Pilitowski. 28 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Munhoz came free, but César Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uraricuera EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Hugon Pilitowski scored to the left of an out of position Chiquinho Peres, making the score, 2-0. With a little luck, Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres got control of the ball when Hugon Pilitowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chiquinho Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugon Pilitowski went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugon Pilitowski to make the kick off. Chiquinho Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugon Pilitowski in the 62nd minute of the match. Chiquinho Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Pilitowski in the 63rd minute of play. Vila Industrial FC were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Uraricuera EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Cibran took the corner. Vila Industrial FC's Roberto Cibran was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chiquinho Peres in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. César Boldrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Sergipano, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Rafael Leão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chiquinho Peres. Uraricuera EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Leão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Hugon Pilitowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila Industrial FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugon Pilitowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chiquinho Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 81 played minutes, Vila Industrial FC's Roberto Cibran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vila Industrial FC reached it. The supporters of Uraricuera EC booed when Vila Industrial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Leão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Uraricuera EC's Sydney de Moraes got a free kick in the 91st minute. When Hugon Pilitowski came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vila Industrial FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugon Pilitowski couldn't finish the play. Vila Industrial FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
