With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Paulo Vieira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Régis Leite was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deivid Passos couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Calangos do Cerrado-DF had won after a very even match.
