FALCÕES VERDES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Erauso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th match minute, FALCÕES VERDES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 宋诚永 to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes FALCÕES VERDES got a freekick which was hit by 宋诚永. Marco Erauso scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomás Fernandes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 28 minutes, Marco Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Erauso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pietro Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Félix having to interfere. After some careless play in the FALCÕES VERDES defense, Marco Erauso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomás Fernandes. The FALCÕES VERDES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás Fernandes should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Mello got free with Amauri Félix in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Mello in the 51st minute of play. Thomás Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Erauso in the 55th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Gugu Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Siqueira. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's zone, Emre Çeliksu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Félix came out of the goal and Emre Çeliksu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pietro Santos in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fabrício Vergílio fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's protests and gave Fabrício Vergílio a yellow card for diving instead. FALCÕES VERDES made a substitution. Sílvio Luís Gerber replaced Gugu Mello. In the 75th minute, one of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rio Verde F.C CIMZ. Marco Erauso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomás Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Thomás Fernandes threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco Erauso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 90 played minutes FALCÕES VERDES got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Maranzano. When Israel Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Vidal couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rio Verde F.C CIMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
