Pascual Ledesma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Celedonio Cesario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lazzarino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Cesario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Handi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celedonio Cesario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Handi having to interfere. Marcial Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Handi having to interfere. Bernardino Justin struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Pascual Ledesma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skate or die. Saturnino Froila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Skate or die defense, Celedonio Cesario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Handi. The Skate or die fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Handi should have stopped the shot. Celedonio Cesario received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ermegildo Handi came out and tried to block the shot, but Celedonio Cesario slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. Celedonio Cesario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Lazzarino FC's Nemesio Raymond got a free kick in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Lazzarino FC defense, Saturnino Froila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual Ledesma. The Lazzarino FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual Ledesma should have stopped the shot. Saturnino Froila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Pascual Ledesma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Marcial Ramos made the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Ramos in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Handi saved Skate or die from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Skate or die:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lazzarino FC:s goal. Ermegildo Handi went to the wrong direction when Pablo Frances was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 62 minutes in the game, Bernardino Justin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Pascual Ledesma having to interfere. Celedonio Cesario struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Ermegildo Handi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lazzarino FC. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Handi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Saturnino Froila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardino Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Ledesma having to interfere. A collision led to Lazzarino FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Nemesio Raymond hit a great ball. Pascual Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Justin in the 101st minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
