Racing de Olavarría's Severino Amato was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 3rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Donato Magdaleno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Amato in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, ciclist-A-'s goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Silvino came free, but Donato Magdaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ciclist-A- booed when Racing de Olavarría was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Nofre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Laureano Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uğurcan Uluman's late challenge caught a ciclist-A-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uğurcan Uluman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, one of Racing de Olavarría:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Racing de Olavarría. Claudio Nofre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Donato Magdaleno came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudio Nofre slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 32nd minute. Donato Magdaleno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Amato went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severino Amato was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, ciclist-A-'s goal looked a bit too open when Severino Amato came free, but Donato Magdaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vladimiro Olivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Osmundo charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Osmundo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in ciclist-A- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! ciclist-A-'s Donato Magdaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Amato in the 72nd minute of play. Florentino Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Racing de Olavarría's Cristo Lapurdi in action when he in the 80th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 84th minute, Severino Amato made a precise shot to the right of Donato Magdaleno. ciclist-A-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Ladislao Cuartio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Cristofor in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Racing de Olavarría fully deserved thier win.
