Spectators: 7140 (Terracing: 5356, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Omar Jakue kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Omar Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Cuartio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Cuartio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the game, Omar Jakue recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ladislao Cuartio. Omar Jakue showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Adolfo Ignatius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Nofre in the 7th minute of play. Adolfo Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Amato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Emilio Rexino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ladislao Cuartio. The goal made the score 3-0. Ladislao Cuartio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Omar Jakue in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Omar Jakue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ESPANYOL FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 30 played minutes Racing de Olavarría got a freekick which was hit by Uğurcan Uluman. After 32 played minutes Racing de Olavarría got a freekick which was hit by Kristoffer Payfeldt. After 35 played minutes ESPANYOL FC got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Oinatz. The audience was convinced that Severino Amato's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Ignatius was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severino Amato to strike the kick off in the second half. Ladislao Cuartio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Jakue in the 52nd minute of play. Adolfo Ignatius didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 4-1. In the 61st minute, Omar Jakue made a precise shot to the right of Ladislao Cuartio. Racing de Olavarría's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The Racing de Olavarría fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ladislao Cuartio should have stopped the shot. Laureano Silvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ESPANYOL FC had played much better football throughout.
