Eustaquio Mateus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Hermengildo Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Mateus in the 33rd minute of the match. Benjamin Gonzalez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hermengildo Vellito. Ambil's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 40 played minutes, Ambil's Edelmiro Claude shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruben Txomin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hermengildo Vellito. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Rufio made a kick off. Ruben Txomin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Rufio's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 61 played minutes, Ambil's Gogo Ixaka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruben Txomin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Hermengildo Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Mateus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes AZTECA FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Mateus. AZTECA FUTBOL CLUB made a substitution. Leonides Frechoso replaced Ambrosio Baumer. Genaro Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Txomin having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match Domingos Paskal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermengildo Vellito skillfully saved the ball. In the 86th minute Ivar Gallberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermengildo Vellito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Mateus, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The supporters of AZTECA FUTBOL CLUB booed when Ambil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Iraunkor didn't get a good kick on the ball.
