Tomasz Szpakowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anastasio Bazil came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Camilo Cienfuegos's Melchor Ubendu. But to his dismay, Melchor Ubendu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nicasio Pirro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Amancio Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Caradaros short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Tomasz Szpakowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Camilo Cienfuegos's Ignacio Sabino got a free kick in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Balendin in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Bazil saved FreakPower FC from getting behind. Melchor Ubendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Bazil having to interfere. Anastasio Bazil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Ubendu in the 22nd minute of the match. When Melchor Ubendu came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Camilo Cienfuegos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melchor Ubendu couldn't finish the play. The score was 1-1 after a penalty in the 35th minute, where FreakPower FC:s Evelio Haitz tricked Camilo Cienfuegos:s Tomasz Szpakowski with a difficult ball by the left post. Faustino Balendin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Anastasio Bazil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Camilo Cienfuegos. In the 42nd minute Ignacio Sabino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 47th minute, but Tomasz Szpakowski got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Camilo Cienfuegos hanging dry this time. The crowd rose to their feet as FreakPower FC's Paulo Caradaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomasz Szpakowski. That made the score 2-1 after 48 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Pirro to make the kick off. Ignacio Sabino kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Faustino Balendin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteve Virila kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Camilo Cienfuegos's Faustino Balendin got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melchor Ubendu took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anastasio Bazil. Anastasio Bazil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 84 minutes, Clemente Ado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FreakPower FC and the Camilo Cienfuegos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FreakPower FC! The referee gave Camilo Cienfuegos a penalty, 86 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teodosio Laurentzi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FreakPower FC's Anastasio Bazil. 2-3. Anastasio Bazil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Ubendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Camilo Cienfuegos's Esteve Virila got a free kick in the 99th minute.
