Agustín Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmacio Franco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Havier went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Theobald got free with Agustín Orion in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mosconi FC's Carolo Havier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tiburcio Dalmau, made in the 12th minute of the game. Domingo Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Agustín Orion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clara FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Franco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Maraman got free with Agustín Orion in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Mosconi FC's goalkeeper Agustín Orion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Quinito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Serapio in the 31st minute of play forced Mosconi FC's goalkeeper Agustín Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Mosconi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Havier to maneuver through the defense. Agustín Orion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Eleuterio Lizbeth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Franco having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Carolo Havier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dalmacio Franco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Marco Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Mosconi FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcial Serapio to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustín Orion having to interfere. Mosconi FC's Agustín Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Quinito in the 60th minute of play. Marco Theobald charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Theobald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Agustín Orion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Serapio in the 68th minute of play. If Saturnino Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mosconi FC's Agustín Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Quinito in the 76th minute of play. After 83 minutes of play Clara FC's Marco Theobald was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Clara FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! Erasmo Cloyo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Saturnino Beremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mosconi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Maraman in the 92nd minute of play forced Mosconi FC's goalkeeper Agustín Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Franco made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Eleuterio Lizbeth sent off a good shot on target. Mosconi FC's Alejandro Nofre got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Clara FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mosconi FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
