The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Salvidor to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, La Nueva F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Aznaro came free, but Dionisio Camerino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Artal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Dionisio Camerino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Afonso in the 63rd minute of the match. The La Nueva F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Camerino should have stopped the shot. Teodosio Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Salvidor in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Club Sportivo Fenix booed when La Nueva F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ervīns Skaistkalns didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Leandro Salvidor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodosio Aznar. That made the score 4-5 in the 92 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Göran Lindell took a quick shot and it went in 4-6 without a chance for Teodosio Aznar to make any attempt to save it. The Club Sportivo Fenix supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Nueva F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for La Nueva F.C.
