Lucas Arixo's late challenge caught a Carrayalde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Arixo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Lucas Arixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Peladin booed when Carrayalde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Jokin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes, Peladin's Paolo Caradaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amadeo Roldanillo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Peladin reached it. Dalmacio Cilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Amadeo Roldanillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Cilio in the 39th minute of play forced Carrayalde's goalkeeper Amadeo Roldanillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Peladin's Dalmacio Cilio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeo Roldanillo. That made the score 1-0 after 44 minutes of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Munio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Leonardo Munio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peladin's Erasmo Giro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Peladin from getting a goal against them. Peladin's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Frederico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
