But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Dubardo couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Rogelio Crescencio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serafin Gregory, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urbano Alvarez got free with Serafin Gregory in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Urbano Dubardo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jairo Loco.
