After a rather tough play, Real Madrid FC's Pablo Evangelista got a free kick in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Bartolo Pueblo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Madrid FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santa Helena the free kick. After 20 played minutes Real Madrid FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Pueblo. In the 24th minute, Raul Pacho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ceferino Medardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute of the match Desiderio Lixandro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens De Swert skillfully saved the ball. In the 39th minute, Raul Pacho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Madrid FC's Jens De Swert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Pacho in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Osoitz got free with Jens De Swert in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Raul Pacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Raul Pacho came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Santa Helena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Pacho couldn't finish the play. Santa Helena's Erasmo Osoitz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Virgilio Christobal, made in the 86th minute of the game. 89 minutes into the game, Guillermo Ubendu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Real Madrid FC's Samuel Tabb quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Raul Pacho came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jens De Swert could save by the left post. Santa Helena's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
