Jaime Iyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Segundo Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rangel's Jaime Iyan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rangel's goalkeeper Jaime Iyan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristobal Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Urti having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Segundo Batista to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Aragonés AFC's Teobaldo Gutierrez got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 56 played minutes Aragonés AFC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Rojelio. 56 minutes into the match, Rangel's Orlando Henric broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Israel Frutos's late challenge caught a Aragonés AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Frutos helped the player get up and apologised. Israel Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Leo Ishmael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaime Iyan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Aragonés AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
