Reynaldo Elija charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Elija the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17thth minute of the game Orlando Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but General Paz Junior´s's Gualterio Raymundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Reynaldo Elija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Facu FC's Orlando Arruda in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Facu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave General Paz Junior´s the free kick. The supporters of General Paz Junior´s booed when Facu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
